Misija Construction

About Misija

Misija Construction was founded in 2012 by Steve White, General Contractor for Whistlestop Townhomes. Prior to forming Misija Construction, Steve designed and built five commercial retail strip malls in Greeley, Colorado, as well as fully demo’d and remodeled several restaurants and the interior lobby/gym/bathrooms of a major hotel at Denver International Airport.

Following these commercial projects, Steve designed and built several residential single family homes ranging from 3000 - 6500 square feet in Platteville, Kersey, Windsor, and Erie Colorado.

More recently, Steve has completed two townhome projects - a twelve unit complex in Greeley, Colorado and a 6 unit complex in South Padre Island, TX.

With over 125 residential and 30 commercial projects completed in his career, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Grand County and the Whistlestop Townhomes project.

In his spare time Steve enjoys mountain biking on all the great trails Winter Park has to offer.

Bailey F.

"Steve worked with us to build our first home in Colorado. He was trustworthy and determined to keep out project on budget - a challenge since prices went up so much from the time we signed out contract and secured our loan. We appreciate the way he added little details to our home along the way to make it better both inside and out."

Herrick G.

"Steve was honest and forthright in appraising our damage, considering ways to do the job most effectively for us, while working within the constraints of the insurance adjuster's estimate. He accomplished some additional upgrades for which I paid apart from the insurance. I would recommend him to anyone who wants the job done quickly and at our convenience. Very good job."

"I highly recommend this company. Amazing people, amazing work, and very professional. Their work ethic is above standard, and they are a company that I can trust. I will be using their services again in the future."
